SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Some items may be shipped directly from our trusted third-party fulfillment partners. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times at no additional cost.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

ZAZOOLAND is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may occasionally cause delays that are outside of our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment. In some cases, tracking information may take additional time to update depending on the carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide assistance in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item.

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

DELIVERY FAILURES

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the package, additional reshipping fees may apply.
